MOODY TONGUE BREWERY
Moody Tongue came to Jordan early, when the brewery was still finding its shape. The work ran through the whole operation — every beer they made, and the rooms they made it in. Those frames carried the brewery through its press: Chicago Magazine, Time Out Chicago, Block Club Chicago and The Infatuation all ran them under his credit.
When they took the South Loop building in 2019 and built a dining room above the brewhouse, they asked him back for the food: the tasting-menu dishes, and the new space itself. Two years later that restaurant became the first brewery in the world to hold two MICHELIN stars.
